Comprehensive condos typically consist of more than 120 apartments and come with full condo facilities. This usually means families can conduct many activities within the estate: whether to host parties and gatherings, engage in sports, exercise or attend classes. Having lived in such a condo when my children were young, we were able to host many birthday parties in the function room and BBQ pits. The kids also had their basic swimming lessons in the estate pool and spent many evenings in the playground, meeting and interacting with friends. For me and my wife, we had a choice of facilities too, such as tennis, several swimming pools, squash and a comprehensive gymnasium. The estate we lived in was big enough to even run a 2.4km route without getting dizzy, or bored.
